The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The surrounding area is a safe residential community. Additional notesNo smoking is permitted in the home. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and please turn off the A/C when not inside the apartment.
Pets are allowed but should be approved by DSVR prior to your arrival. Pets should be always leashed when walking in the neighborhood.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful home, and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. Please always monitor your noise levels. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 10:00am
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to any OTA, if applicable.
